• Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years in recruitment : ideally in Finance or another commercial vertical
• Dutch native speaker with professional fluency in French or English (or both)
• Someone with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for business relationships
• Resilient and proactive: you know the ups and downs and still love the ride
• Performance-driven, but also people-minded: long-term partnerships matter
• Ready to help build something meaningful, not just follow a script
