Your responsabilities
• Advise clients on IP, ICT and data protection matters across different industries
• Assist clients with disputes and advisory work relating to trademarks, copyright, designs and confidential information
• Provide legal support on patent disputes across various sectors
• Advise on GDPR compliance and broader data protection issues
• Draft and review a wide range of contracts including licences, assignments and confidentiality agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular interaction and strategic legal advice
Ideal profile
• Lawyer with at least 6 years of experience in IP/ICT and data protection law
• Master’s degree in law, preferably complemented by a specialised degree in IP/ICT/GDPR law
• Strong analytical and drafting skills with a client-oriented mindset
