Your responsibilities
- Advising on IP (copyright, trademarks) and drafting key IP agreements (licences, assignments)
- Leading GDPR compliance projects and defining international data strategies
- Managing data breaches and cyber security matters
- Advising on data protection aspects of M&A and venture capital transactions
- Guiding clients through major EU digital regulations (AI Act, Data Act, NIS2, DMA/DSA)
Ideal Profile
- Belgian Master in Law with strong academic background
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IP, privacy, data protection and cyber security
- Native Dutch or French, excellent English, good command of the other national language
- Entrepreneurial spirit and client-oriented approach
- Portable business is a plus
