Your responsibilities

Advise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.
Work on M&A transactions and corporate restructurings.
Assist clients with corporate law and governance matters.
Advise on shareholder relations and strategic corporate projects.
Handle matters relating to corporate disputes and conflict management.
Work directly with clients and take responsibility for the matters entrusted to you.
Contribute to the development of the practice and support and mentor junior lawyers.

Ideale profile

Master's degree in Law with at least 7 years of experience in Corporate Law and M&A.
Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good knowledge of French or a willingness to further develop it.
Strong legal expertise and drafting skills, with sound judgement, professional maturity and a collaborative mindset.
