Senior Accountant | Your duties and responsibilities
As a Senior Accountant, you will:
- Manage accounting files independently from A to Z
- Participate in monthly and annual closing activities
- Prepare annual accounts and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax requirements
- Support clients with accounting and financial matters
- Participate in the preparation and follow-up of audits
- Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders
- Support and share your expertise with more junior colleagues
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving accounting and financial processes
Senior Accountant | Ideal profile
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in general accounting, ideally with autonomous management of accounting files from A to Z
- Languages: Good command of French or Dutch; knowledge of the other national language and/or English is an asset
- Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, combined with a solid understanding of Belgian accounting principles
