Our client is looking for a senior Commercial lawyer with a portable client portfolio to join its growing Brussels office.

Your duties and responsibilities

Manage and develop your existing Commercial law client portfolio
Advise companies on commercial contracts, distribution, and business negotiations
Support clients on strategic commercial projects and cross-border matters
Participate in the development of the Commercial practice in Belgium
Work closely with other practice groups including Corporate and IP

Ideal profile

Experience: 8+ years in Commercial law with a portable client portfolio
Languages: French and English required; Dutch is a strong asset
Qualifications: Belgian law degree and admission to the Belgian Bar
