Sander is looking for a Scrum Master for one of his clients in the Healthcare sector located at Brussels.

Scrum Master : The Role
As a Scrum Master, you will be at the heart of the agile organization, guaranteeing the correct application of Scrum & Agile principles. You'll help teams to optimize their practices, streamline communication between the various stakeholders and deliver high value-added solutions.
Your tasks include:
- You will Facilitate & lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Retrospective...).
- You will Support IT & business teams in their adoption of agile methodologies.
- Resposible of removing obstacles & improve productivity by optimizing internal processes.
- You will Drive continuous improvement to evolve the agile culture within the company.
Scrum Master : The Profile
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe methodologies.
- You are fluent in French and in English, Dutch is a plus.
