Our partner, an international company working in the retail sector is looking for a new talent : the perfect mix between IT and Operational.

As a Process Engineer, you are responsible for improving the overall efficiency of the company. You will analyze processes, develop new tools, manage and participate in various projects.

Process Engineer - The Role

Implement and monitor projects in collaboration with cross-functional support and operations teams
Analyze warehouse systems (WMS, Pyramid, Beumer, Knapp, PKMS) and create clear functional documentation
Drive continuous improvement using industrial engineering and process optimization methods
Develop and use dashboards and productivity tools to enhance daily operations
Work closely with Data Analysts and IT to design and deploy new solutions

Process Engineer - The Profile

You have a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent;
You have at least 2 years' experience in an industrial and/or automated environment; experience in a distribution and logistics center would be an asset;
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in terms of flows and processes (Warehouse Management);
You are creative and enjoy developing new tools;
You are familiar with WMS, ERP and Power BI systems; knowledge of Autocad is an asset;
You are able to work in English (minimum C1) and French (minimum B1-B2);
You have a positive attitude and a good team spirit.
