On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to strengthen their HR team.

As Payroll Officer, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and accurate management of payroll and personnel administration. You will work in a motivated and collaborative team, while reporting directly to the Payroll Manager. This role offers both autonomy and the support of experienced colleagues.

Role

Managing and verifying payroll and administrative data with precision.
Calculating and processing salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
Monitoring attendance, absences, and working time requests.
Drafting and handling official social documents.
Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and HR Business Partners.
Preparing reports and ensuring compliance with social legislation.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Accounting, …) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in payroll
Fluent in French and Dutch (spoken and written).
Solid knowledge of social legislation and its practical applications.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
A detail-oriented, analytical, and organized mindset combined with a strong service orientation.
