One of our clients is looking for a motivated and experienced professional to support various administrative and organizational tasks within their Human Resources department. You will contribute to the achievement of HR objectives by ensuring accurate and efficient handling of personnel-related matters.
Payroll Officer | Function
- Process employee records (onboarding and offboarding)
- Assist in payroll processing for both blue- and white-collar workers
- Follow up on the organization’s sick leave policy
- Prepare HR-related and perform various administrative tasks
- Ensure accurate processing of all payroll and social administration data, in line with company policies and applicable collective labor agreements
Payroll Officer | Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or an equivalent
- At least 3 years in a payroll or HR administration role
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Strong knowledge of social legislation
- Good knowledge of E-Blox
