Your responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad range of commercial law matters.
- Handle commercial litigation and transactional files.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including licensing and distribution contracts.
- Support clients on corporate transactions and trading practices.
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the further growth of the practice.
Ideal Profile
- You have 2 to 6 years of experience as a lawyer admitted to the Belgian Bar.
- You have experience in commercial advisory, transactions and/or litigation.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French, with a solid command of the other national language and English.
- You are analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative and eager to grow into a leadership position.
