Your responsabilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology contracts (software development, licensing, managed services, reseller agreements, SLAs, etc.)

• Advise clients on legal aspects of AI, data protection, GDPR, and new technologies

• Assist clients in implementing new legislation and regulatory frameworks

• Work closely with clients, mainly active in the technology sector

• Manage junior team members and contribute to the development of the team

• Develop tailored legal strategies in close collaboration with clients

Ideal profile

• Belgian law degree; LL.M. in IP/IT or Technology Law is an asset

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IP/IT, data protection, and technology law (advisory & contracting)

• Dutch and English proficiency required; French is a plus
