Our client is a top-tier Benelux law firm seeking a litigation associate with an interest in insolvency and restructuring to join its Brussels office.

Role
Your Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in complex litigation files, often with cross-border components
• Represent clients in commercial disputes and insolvency proceedings
• Work closely with senior lawyers on restructurings and arbitrations
• Develop sector knowledge across finance, corporate and regulated markets
• Contribute to strategic analysis and case preparation before various courts
Profile
Ideal Profile
• You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation and/or restructuring law
• You're a native French speaker with excellent English and a solid base in Dutch
• You hold a Belgian Master’s in Law and combine rigor with business awareness
