Linux System Engineer - Your Role
- Take ownership of the companyâs Linux-based infrastructure across international locations.
- Act as the right hand to the IT Manager, supporting strategic and operational IT decisions.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure high availability and performance of audiovisual and multimedia systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure solutions.
- Contribute to infrastructure planning, scaling, and optimization projects.
- Administer and maintain Linux servers (CentOS, Proxmox) and ZFS storage systems.
- Implement automation and configuration management using SaltStack.
- Manage network security and routing with OPNsense.
Linux System Engineer - Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Linux system administration.
- Strong knowledge of CentOS, Proxmox, ZFS, SaltStack, and OPNsense.
- Experience in audiovisual or multimedia environments is a plus.
- Proven ability to mentor juniors and collaborate in a team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
