Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist – 180°

As a Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist, you focus on the candidate side: mapping legal talent, building trusted relationships with lawyers and legal professionals, and matching them with the right opportunities identified by our Business Consultants.

•    Source and identify top legal profiles (lawyers, in-house counsel, compliance, paralegal) across Belgium

•    Conduct qualitative interviews to assess background, motivations and fit

•    Maintain an active pipeline of legal candidates at all seniority levels

•    Partner with the Business team to match the right profiles to open mandates

•    Build long-term relationships and be the trusted career advisor for your candidates

•    Stay sharp on legal market trends, firm moves and emerging practice areas

•    Profile 1 : Recruitment background: 3+ years in legal recruitment or talent acquisition, with demonstrated expertise in the legal sector

•    Profile 2 : Legal background: qualified lawyer or legal professional who wants to leave practice and leverage their expertise in talent advisory

•    Bilingual French & English (mandatory)

•    Bachelor's degree minimum

•    Empathetic, trustworthy and motivated by meaningful career conversations

•    Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple candidate relationships
