Junior VoIP Engineer - The Job

Provide full technical support for systems, networks, and applications, resolving incidents promptly to ensure performance, availability, and reliability.
Install, configure, and deploy solutions on-premise or in the cloud, including SaaS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (VCN, compute instances, load balancers, security rules, etc.).
Collaborate closely with clients, remotely or on-site, to identify and resolve technical issues.
Manage and maintain internal and cloud infrastructure (networks, servers), performing installations, updates, backups, security audits, and improvements.
Document infrastructure changes and participate in change management processes to ensure service continuity and quality.

Junior VoIP Engineer - The Perfect Match

Experience with Linux system administration (RedHat/Debian) and proficient in shell scripting for task automation.
Basic knowledge of virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware) and familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Oracle Cloud).
Skilled with containerization tools and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and VoIP systems.
Good understanding of web server technologies (Nginx, Apache) and essential network protocols (TCP/IP, SSH, VPN, DNS).
Strong interest in technical support, able to independently diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
