Your responsibilities
- Preparing and structuring case files, including drafting procedural documents
- Conducting legal research on obligations and insurance law matters
- Drafting summonses, petitions and written submissions
- Communicating directly with clients, debtors and court officers
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring proactive follow-up of litigation files
Ideal Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in general obligations and/or insurance law
- Excellent command of Dutch
- Master in Law
