IT / IP – Senior Lawyer / Partner

Our client, an international business law firm, is seeking a senior IT/IP lawyer with a portable client portfolio to grow its Brussels practice.

To strengthen its Brussels presence, the firm is currently looking for a senior IT/IP lawyer capable of bringing a client portfolio and contributing to the development of the practice in Belgium.

Your duties and responsibilities

Develop and manage your existing IT/IP client portfolio
Advise companies on technology, data protection, intellectual property and digital matters
Support clients in technology transactions and licensing agreements
Collaborate with Corporate and Commercial teams on complex projects
Contribute to the growth of the firm’s IT/IP practice in Belgium

Ideal profile

Experience: 8+ years in IT/IP with a portable client portfolio
Languages: French and English required; Dutch is a strong asset
Qualifications: Belgian law degree and admission to the Belgian Bar
