IT & Systems Lead - The Role

You will be the architect, guardian, and innovator of the firm’s entire IT environment, ensuring everything runs securely, smoothly, and efficiently.
You will take care of the firm’s infrastructure from A to Z: networks, devices, servers, tools, applications and security.
You will be the go-to person when colleagues face technical issues, whether it’s a laptop that won’t boot, a misbehaving printer, access rights, or software glitches.
You will go beyond support: identifying inefficiencies, proposing smarter ways of working, and implementing automation to simplify internal processes and legal workflows.
You will play a strategic role in shaping the future of the firm’s technology, recommending tools, platforms, and solutions that support growth and performance.

IT & Systems Lead - The Profile

You have a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems and network management.
You enjoy being both the technician and the thinker, able to solve practical issues while designing long-term improvements.
You have experience in process automation and digital optimisation.
You’re comfortable supporting users of varying technical levels and can explain things clearly and patiently.
Experience with legal, document management or case management systems is a plus.
You are proactive, autonomous, and enjoy having full ownership of your domain.
You are fluent in English, Dutch and French.
