IT Administrator - What's the job about ?

Provide first and second-line IT support by managing user requests, incidents, and technical issues from identification to resolution.
Prepare, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and workplace equipment while ensuring a smooth user experience.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across different IT environments.
Perform daily system administration activities, including basic server, infrastructure, and endpoint management tasks.
Maintain accurate IT documentation while improving knowledge-sharing processes.
Escalate complex technical issues to infrastructure teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

IT Administrator - Who are you ?

Experience in IT support, system administration, or workplace infrastructure within a professional environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Office solutions.
Good understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, VPN solutions, and cybersecurity concepts.
Familiarity with Apple environments (macOS, iPadOS, iOS) and enterprise device management.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, customer-focused attitude, and professional proficiency in French and English.
