Payroll Specialist | Function

Ensure the correct and timely processing of the end-to-end payroll process for over 200 employees across several countries
Work closely with HRBPs and external lawyers to ensure a smooth and seamless exit experience
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs
Participate in projects to improve HR processes

Payroll Specialist | Profile

5 to 10 years of payroll processing experience
Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
Good knowledge of social legislation and an open-minded attitude
