Your responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating IP, ICT, data and commercial agreements (licensing, development, distribution, e-commerce, partnerships)
- Managing trademark matters, including advice, filings and related disputes
- Structuring and negotiating IP monetisation and technology-driven transactions
- Supporting due diligence processes involving innovative and tech companies
- Independently managing projects and client relationships in a dynamic environment
Ideal Profile
- Master in Law from a Belgian university, ideally complemented by a degree in IP/ICT
- 3–6 years of experience, primarily in IP law with exposure to IT and commercial matters
- Strong interest in innovation, technology and entrepreneurship
