Our partner is looking for an Infrastructure Manager who can connect technology, people and business priorities. You'll have the opportunity to guide an internal Support team, get involved in technical projects and work directly with stakeholders to improve the way IT supports the organisation.
The real advantage? You won't be stuck behind a desk managing from a distance. You'll have the freedom to get involved, make things happen and see the direct impact of your decisions.

- Turn ideas into action: Contribute directly to IT projects, from understanding technical requirements to implementation and continuous improvement.
- Keep IT running smoothly: Stay involved in daily operations, troubleshoot challenges and ensure effective support for the business.
- Build strong partnerships: Coordinate external IT providers and ensure that infrastructure services meet the organisation's needs.
- Connect technology with business: Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify needs, propose solutions and deliver practical improvements.
- Ensure structure & compliance: Maintain reliable IT documentation and processes, including supporting relevant regulatory requirements.

- A natural team leader: Experience supervising, mentoring or coordinating IT professionals, with the ability to bring people along.
- Technically curious & hands-on: You enjoy understanding how things work, solving problems and remaining involved beyond the managerial side.
- A solution-oriented mindset: You can translate business challenges into realistic technical solutions and follow projects through to completion.
- Comfortable managing external partners: You know how to coordinate service providers, communicate expectations and maintain productive relationships.
- Structured & accountable: You take initiative, communicate clearly and understand the importance of sound IT processes and documentation. Knowledge of DORA is an asset.

- Leadership without losing the technical side: Develop your management responsibilities while staying connected to IT operations and projects.
- Real autonomy: Take ownership of your scope, organise priorities and influence how IT evolves.
- A broad and varied position: Combine people management, technical challenges, stakeholder interaction and project delivery.
