Our partner is a fast-growing international company operating across multiple markets and entities, with a complex IT environment and ambitious growth plans.

As Information Security & Risk Manager, you will take a central role in strengthening the organisation’s security posture. This is not a purely operational security position: you’ll sit at the intersection of Cybersecurity, Risk, IT and Business, acting as a key advisor and decision-maker on security matters.

Information Security & Risk Manager - The Role

Own the security roadmap by defining priorities, initiatives and security objectives in alignment with business strategy and risk appetite.
Lead information security & risk management, identifying, assessing and monitoring risks while ensuring effective mitigation plans and controls are implemented.
Drive security governance & compliance, translating frameworks and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST and NIS2 into pragmatic security practices.
Coordinate security initiatives across IT, including vulnerability management, access management, data protection, incident preparedness and secure-by-design projects.
Act as a security advisor and decision-maker, challenging stakeholders, providing recommendations and influencing IT and business decisions without relying on hierarchical authority.
Represent security at senior level, presenting risks, priorities and KPIs to IT leadership and executive stakeholders while coordinating internal teams, external partners and auditors.

Information Security & Risk Manager - The Profile

4+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Risk or a closely related field.
Strong understanding of security governance, risk management and security frameworks, with exposure to ISO 27001, NIST and/or NIS2.
Experience coordinating security initiatives in an international or multi-entity environment, ideally with multiple stakeholders and teams.
Good knowledge of key security domains such as vulnerability management, IAM, data protection and incident response.
A strong business mindset: you can translate technical and regulatory requirements into practical recommendations and business-aligned decisions.
Excellent communication and influencing skills: you are comfortable challenging, advising and engaging with both technical experts and senior decision-makers.
