ICT Administrator - What's the job about

Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring seamless operation of laptops, printers, phones, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT infrastructure, including servers, virtual environments, and cloud services.
Manage IT security, compliance, and documentation while promoting best practices and user awareness.
Assist with equipment deployment, lifecycle management, and end-user training to optimize technology adoption.
Collaborate with the ICT manager on system improvements and deliver exceptional technical support across all company offices.

ICT Administrator - Who are you

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in technical roles.
Proactive and solution-oriented, eager to learn and adopt new technologies.
Resourceful with a “Swiss knife” mindset, able to handle diverse challenges effectively.
Responsible, motivated, and customer-focused, delivering high-quality results.
Excellent team player with the ability to work independently, fluent in English and French or Dutch.
