New Opportunity – HR Manager – Ternat

As part of its expansion in Belgium and the Netherlands, one of our partners is looking for an experienced and autonomous HR Manager to oversee all HR activities for its local entities. You will be a key pillar of the organization, with significant autonomy, direct contact with field teams, and a strategic role in supporting site managers.


HR Manager | Function

  • Drafting job offers and job descriptions
  • Full management of Belgian payroll and supervision of Dutch payroll in collaboration with a social secretariat
  • Managing insurance, tracking absences, leave, medical check-ups, etc.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees

HR Manager | Profile

  • Proven experience as a generalist HR professional, with at least 7 years of payroll experience
  • Strong command of Belgian labor law
  • Able to work independently while staying connected to the teams
  • Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English
