HR Business Partner | International Opportunity in a Fast-Growing Environment
One of our partners, an innovative international company active in the development of data centers, is looking for its future HR Business Partner. This strategic and multifaceted role is a great opportunity to grow within the field of Human Resources in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
HR Business Partner | Function
- Act as the main HR point of contact for employees in Belgium and across Europe
- Manage the onboarding process and support new hires during their first months
- Maintain regular contact with managers to help support team development
- Lead performance review processes and take part in cross-functional HR projects
- Be open to international travel as part of the role
HR Business Partner | Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification
- Fluent professional English (any additional language is a plus)
