New Opportunity – Wavre – HR & Payroll Specialist

One of our partners, active in the space engineering sector, is looking for their next HR & Payroll Specialist to join their HR team in Walloon Brabant.

As an HR & Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing international payroll in collaboration with a social secretariat. You will also take part in various HR projects and act as the main point of contact for employees regarding all HR-related matters.

HR & Payroll Specialist | Function

Ensure accurate and timely processing of international payroll in collaboration with a social secretariat
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as all related administrative tasks
Work closely with the Finance team and the HR Manager
Monitor, maintain, and optimize payroll processes
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and European social legislation

HR & Payroll Specialist | Profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
2 to 3 years of experience in payroll management (experience in an international context is a plus)
Good knowledge of labor law, ideally at the European level
Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
