Head of Cybersecurity – What’s the job about?

Lead the creation and development of a new Cybersecurity department, shaping strategy, processes, and offerings from the ground up.
Oversee internal and client-facing cybersecurity projects, including risk assessments, incident response, and security strategy implementation.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Advise executive leadership and clients on cybersecurity risks, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

Head of Cybersecurity – Who are you?

Senior professional with 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or advisory, including experience at a Big 4 firm.
Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex cybersecurity projects in a client-facing role.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, and regulatory environments.
Fluent in English, French, and Dutch, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on, strategic thinker with ambition to shape and grow a cybersecurity practice from scratch.
