Role

Listen actively to business teams to gather and formalize their business and functional needs related to ERP systems
Analyze processes and data to identify opportunities to optimize workflows and ERP usage
Translate business needs into clear, user-centered specifications adapted to ERP tools
Collaborate with tech, product, and operations teams to co-develop relevant and efficient ERP improvements
Contribute to testing, monitor deliveries, and support the continuous improvement of ERP functionalities
Ensure alignment between business goals and proposed solutions, leveraging a data-driven and results-oriented approach

Profile

Entry to 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a strong interest in ERP-related topics
Expertise in gathering and formalizing business requirements, particularly related to the optimization of operational processes and ERP usage
Proven experience writing user stories and functional specifications focused on user needs and business value
Comfortable using collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence) and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage functional improvements
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, product, operations, and data teams to help shape relevant and effective ERP solutions
