We are currently looking for a Fleet & Facilities Officer (FR/ENG) to manage fleet operations and facilities in Belgium. The position is based in Fleurus.
Role
Fleet: Manage the administration and daily operations of a fleet of ~100 vehicles (inspections, maintenance, safety, service providers, budgets, invoices, replacements…).
Facilities: Oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and security of Belgian operational sites; coordinate building services (cleaning, heating, HVAC…); support refurbishment, relocation, or expansion projects.
QHSE: Implement QHSE policies, provide guidance to staff and contractors, report incidents, and support risk analysis.
Profile
- Minimum A2 diploma or equivalent through experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in MS Office (SAP is a plus)
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
- Professional command of French and English + good knowledge of Dutch
