Financial Controller – Growing Advisory Firm
Our partner is a fast-growing financial advisory firm supporting innovative SMEs and is looking for a Junior Financial Controller to strengthen its team.

Your duties and responsibilities?
- Implement and monitor financial reporting tools adapted to client needs
- Prepare budgets, cash flow plans, and financial forecasts
- Support and optimise internal processes (sales, purchases, payroll, cash management)
- Conduct financial analyses for business development and company transmission projects
- Define and implement KPIs aligned with clients’ strategic goals
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients in a consultative and hands-on role
Ideal profile?
- 2–6 years of experience in audit, controlling, or operational finance
- Fluent in French with a good command of English
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
The offer
- Full-time permanent contract (CDI)
- Gross monthly salary between €3,500 – €4,000
