Financial & Business Controller | Role with Social Impact

Our client is a leading technical services group and is looking for a Financial & Business Controller to support strategic decision-making at group level.

Financial & Business Controller | Your Role

Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes within a complex business environment
Provide strategic financial advice to senior management using driver-based models and KPI analysis
Perform end-to-end P&L and Balance Sheet controlling for specific cost domains
Monitor financial performance, identify variances and propose corrective actions
Act as a key interface between Controlling, Accounting, HR, Procurement and Business teams
Prepare high-quality financial analyses and presentations for Executive Committee and Board meetings
Support working capital management and cost optimization initiatives
Contribute to finance transformation projects (digitalization, ERP implementations, process improvements)
Collaborate with internal and external auditors on financial and compliance-related topics

Financial & Business Controller | Your Profile

Experience: 4–8 years of experience in controlling, audit, consulting or a similar results-driven financial environment
Languages: fluent in French or Dutch, with a good command of the other language and English
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field
