Finance Manager | A modern role in the software sector

As a Finance Manager you will have several responsibilities under your supervision:

• Team management: Guiding the regional team responsible for accounting, tax compliance, treasury, and customer accounting
• Coordinating with the other financial departments worldwide
• Overseeing the monthly and annual closings for Europe, in local and US GAAP
• You are the contact person for external audits and maintain relationships with tax authorities; you also closely monitor regulatory obligations in the various European jurisdictions
• Overseeing regional cash flow and liquidity and managing banking relationships and financing strategies
• You are an important point of contact and a bridge between the European operations and the US headquarters for everything related to Finance

You have:

• At least 12 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a management role within an international environment
• Strong technological knowledge and familiarity with different software within the accounting and financial world
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance
• Fluent English, the working language of the company
• The ability to think strategically and not afraid to take initiative
