As part of its central IT and cybersecurity organisation, you will join a CISO-led environment where technology resilience, information security and risk management directly support critical business operations.

You won't simply contribute to projects — you'll have the opportunity to influence decisions, challenge existing approaches and help define the organisation's resilience strategy.

Cybersecurity Officer | The Role

Act as the central point of coordination for IT resilience, service continuity and disaster recovery across the organisation.
Identify, assess and monitor IT continuity and security risks, while translating them into concrete improvement actions.
Evaluate IT resilience and recovery readiness, including the capabilities and commitments of external technology providers.
Define and continuously improve Disaster Recovery testing, covering applications and data recovery, and communicate the results to relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with technical architects, security experts and project teams to embed resilience requirements into projects and operations.
Drive awareness, training and communication around IT Service Continuity while contributing to strategic decisions within the CISO organisation.

Cybersecurity Officer | The Profile

3–10 years of experience in IT Service Continuity, IT Risk Management, Information Security or a closely related field, backed by a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of IT frameworks and standards such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, NIST, COBIT or ITIL.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, security architecture and controls, including Azure and GCP environments.
Experience assessing external service providers, their security posture and their ability to ensure service continuity.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills, combined with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Fluent in Dutch, with a good understanding of French; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or BCI are a plus.
