Cybersecurity Engineer

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join an innovative engineering environment working on advanced solutions in defence, security, and critical systems.
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team designing and securing complex systems leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as 4G/5G, cloud computing, cryptography, and secure networks.
As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will contribute to the secure design, implementation, and validation of a wide range of products.
You’ll be involved throughout the full lifecycle — from early bid phases to final qualification — ensuring solutions are secure-by-design and compliant with relevant regulations and best practices.
Role
Maintain state-of-the-art cybersecurity knowledge
Stay up to date with applicable cybersecurity regulations
Act as the main point of contact for cybersecurity topics in projects and bids
Support system architects on:
- Security specifications & design
- Technical decisions
- Customer interactions
Contribute to technical documentation:
- High-Level & Low-Level Design
- Test plans, configuration documents, user manuals
Perform:
- Cybersecurity risk assessments
- Threat modelling
- Security design, implementation & validation
Support development and testing teams with cybersecurity expertise
Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to testing
Profile
Education
- Engineering degree in IT, Telecommunications, or Cybersecurity
Experience
- 3+ years in:
- Cybersecurity design, development, or testing
- Security-focused products (e.g. firewalls, encryption solutions)
- Hands-on experience in at least 3 of the following:
- Cyber risk assessment & remediation (EBIOS RM is a plus)
- Threat modelling
- Security architecture (system/software/hardware)
- Secure coding & code reviews (C/C++, Java, Rust)
- Common Criteria processes
- Security testing (pentesting, vulnerability assessments)
- IP networks architecture
- Linux (kernel-level knowledge is a plus)
Nice to Have
- Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE)
- Tools: Capella, Polarion, Jira, Git, Bitbucket, LaTeX
- Embedded Linux environments
- Experience with classified environments
- Knowledge sharing (whitepapers, seminars, etc.)
