Your responsibilities

Advise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital.
Assist with the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex deals.
Conduct detailed legal analyses and provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas and international offices.
Build lasting client relationships and contribute to the continued development of the Corporate/M&A practice.

Ideal profile

You hold a Master's degree in Belgian law with an excellent academic record.
You have 4 to 6 years of relevant Corporate/M&A experience gained within a law firm.
You are a native Dutch speaker, with a good understanding of French and a strong command of English.
