An international law firm is strengthening its Corporate team in Brussels with an experienced transactional lawyer.

Your responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate and finance law matters.
- Draft and negotiate corporate, M&A, equity and debt capital markets documentation.
- Carry out legal due diligence and coordinate transactions.
- Manage relationships with clients.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client events.
- Train and supervise junior team members.
Ideale profile
- Belgian law degree with first-class academic results.
- Experience in corporate law, ideally gained within a leading practice.
- A postgraduate degree is an asset.
- Strong technical and commercial abilities with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
