Your responsibilities

Advise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of corporate and finance law matters.
Draft and negotiate documentation related to M&A transactions and capital markets operations.
Coordinate transactions and conduct legal due diligence exercises.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Contribute to business development initiatives and client events.
Support and supervise junior members of the team.

Ideale profile

You have between 4 and 8 years of experience in corporate law and transactional matters gained within a recognised practice.
You hold a Belgian law degree with an excellent academic record. An additional postgraduate qualification is considered an asset.
You are fluent in English, Dutch and French.
