For one of our clients, we are actively looking for a Business Controller in Brussels.

Our client is a leading energy infrastructure group specializing in electricity transmission and system operation. It plays a crucial role in ensuring a stable and reliable power supply by managing high-voltage networks and integrating renewable energy sources. Operating across multiple regions, it focuses on innovation, sustainability, and cross-border electricity exchange to support the energy transition. Role

Monitoring of the annual budget, analysis of variances, and proposal of corrective actions.
Advising the company on achieving financial and operational objectives.
Development of the business plan and budgets in collaboration with the teams.
Providing economic and organizational analyses to senior managers (legislation, regulation, simulations).
Preparation of regulatory reports to ensure compliance.
Optimization of procedures, work methods, and tools (procurement cycle, service evaluation).
Providing strategic information to managers for decision-making.
Active participation in cross-functional projects to accelerate key activities.

Profile

You dispose of a diploma in Finance, Business Engineering or Business Management
You have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Controller
You are bilingual French/Dutch
You are rigorous, analytical and can be critical
You have knowledge in SAP
