- Design, implement, and optimize compensation & benefits policies aligned with company strategy
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive positioning
- Manage and improve employee benefits programs
- Provide strategic guidance and ensure compliance with social legislation and HR best practices
Compensation & Benefits Specialist | Profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a similar HR role
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English
