Compensation & Benefits Specialist | Function

  • Lead the annual compensation review process, ensuring accuracy in key metrics for bonus calculations, etc.
  • Develop and implement clear compensation & benefits policies and guidelines
  • Provide strategic guidance on compensation & benefits matters to support business objectives
  • Manage and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits Specialist | Profile

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English
