Change Manager
Seeking an experienced Operational Change Manager to lead IT change processes, minimize risk, and ensure service continuity
Join the Change Management squad, where the mission is to ensure the smooth execution of the IT Change process across the organization. As an Operational Change Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing, validating, and coordinating IT changes—whether initiated internally or by external entities—that have an impact on the infrastructure. The goal is to limit risk, reduce impact, and ensure high-quality execution within optimal timeframes.
Role
- Analyze IT changes submitted internally or by external entities that impact the infrastructure.
- Organize and lead committees and meetings to align stakeholders and ensure informed decision-making and approval of changes.
- Present changes on a daily basis to the Manager on Duty and the Control Tower.
- Participate in boards and governance forums related to IT change management.
- Act as a mentor for the IT organization regarding the change management process and use of the service management tool.
Profile
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure environments.
Solid understanding of multi-platform IT architectures and technical dependencies.
Proven experience managing change processes in complex IT environments.
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
Customer- and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
