Sander is expanding its freelance / contract market and is hiring a Business Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to take the lead and build it.

We don’t hire salespeople to chase short-term targets.

We hire Business Managers to build sustainable businesses.

Develop and grow a client portfolio within the freelance / contract market
Identify and open new high-potential accounts
Understand clients’ business challenges and projects to deliver tailored solutions
Build and manage a strong network of qualified freelance consultants
Negotiate commercial terms (daily rates, margins, contracts)
Actively contribute to the structuring and strategic direction of Sander’s freelance practice

The role

You

Proven experience in a commercial or business management role (ideally in recruitment, consulting, or services)
Strong appetite for business development and new client acquisition
Comfortable in performance-driven environments
Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented and value-focused
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in French (or Dutch) and English
