Your duties and responsibilities?

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
Perform P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis to control variances and guide decisions
Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, preparing management reports for leadership
Act as finance partner to operational teams, providing insights that support strategic choices
Develop and improve KPIs, dashboards, and financial models to monitor performance
Support pricing strategies, business cases, and profitability analyses

Ideal profile?

Experience: 5+ years in controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis, ideally with exposure to digital or service-based business models
Languages: Fluent in English and French or Dutch
Qualifications: Strong financial modelling skills (Excel), solid understanding of accounting principles, and business-oriented mindset

Competitive gross salary between €70K and €80K (depending on experience)
