Your duties and responsibilities

You will work on a broad range of public and regulatory law matters, including:

Advising clients on public procurement procedures and tender-related disputes
Assisting on planning, zoning, environmental and permitting matters
Supporting clients on energy and broader regulatory law issues
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation and regulatory agreements
Representing and assisting clients in litigation before administrative and judicial courts
Providing strategic legal advice to major Belgian and international companies
Working closely with senior lawyers on complex multidisciplinary matters

Ideal profile

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in public law, administrative law, public procurement, environmental, planning or regulatory law
Languages: Fluent Dutch and English, with professional working proficiency in French
Qualifications: Belgian-qualified lawyer with strong drafting skills and a pragmatic, business-oriented approach
