Your responsibilities
- Handling family law litigation, including divorce, separation and liquidation proceedings
- Advising on inheritance law matters, including estate planning disputes and division of estates
- Managing conflicts between heirs, spouses and family shareholders
- Representing clients before Belgian courts in complex civil proceedings
- Developing pragmatic litigation strategies tailored to high-net-worth private clients
Ideal Profile
· Belgian Master in Law with strong academic results
· Minimum 3 years of experience in family patrimonial law, inheritance law and family litigation
· Native Dutch speaker with excellent command of French and English
