Your responsibilities

  • Advising clients on individual and collective employment law matters
  • Handling employment litigation and dispute resolution
  • Supporting clients on pensions and employee benefits issues
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated HR solutions
  • Contributing to client relationship development and team growth

Ideal Profile

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Employment Law (law firm or in-house)
  • Law degree with strong academic results; additional qualifications are a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch or French and English
  • Client-focused, pragmatic and entrepreneurial mindset
