Your responsibilities

Advise startups, scaleups, investors and innovative businesses on a broad range of corporate law matters.
Work on venture capital investments, fundraising rounds, M&A transactions and corporate restructurings.
Handle commercial agreements, governance matters and day-to-day corporate formalities.
Advise on shareholder disputes and directors’ liability issues.
Manage files with increasing autonomy, working closely with colleagues and overseeing junior associates on delegated tasks.
Build strong client relationships by providing clear, responsive and commercially oriented legal advice.
Take part in business development initiatives, including industry events, workshops, legal publications and activities within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Ideal profile

You hold a Master's degree in Law from a Belgian university. Additional postgraduate studies are an asset.
You have at least three years of experience in corporate and commercial law within a reputable law firm.
Experience in litigation or insolvency law is considered an advantage but is not essential.
You are comfortable working independently, collaborating with colleagues and guiding junior team members.
You speak Dutch or French at native level, have excellent English skills and a good command of the other national language.
