Your responsibilities

Advising clients on corporate and corporate finance matters
Drafting and negotiating transactional and financing documentation
Participating in M&A transactions, including management buy-outs
Conducting due diligence processes and supporting restructurings
Collaborating with financial advisers, banks and investment funds

Ideal Profile

4 to 6 years of experience in Corporate and/or Corporate Finance
Excellent command of Dutch and English, good knowledge of French
Belgian Master in Law
